Featured Exercise - Cable Row with Resistance Tubing

Cable Row with Resistance Tubing

1. Sit on the floor legs straight out in front of you, upper body upright and the resistance tubing anchored around your feet.

2. Grab onto the ends of the tubing with both hands, exhale and pull into your abdomen.

3. Inhale as you slowly return to the starting position.

4. Repeat to muscle fatigue.
