Featured Exercise - Bench Press with Dumbbell

Bench Press with Dumbbell

1. Lie supine (flat on your back) on your bench holding dumbbells at your shoulders (elbows bent), feet planted firmly on the floor.

2. Exhale and press both dumbbells straight up and towards the ceiling.

3. Inhale and slowly lower weights to the starting position.

4. Repeat to muscle fatigue.
