Fire Chief Sonny Austin and the members of the Copper Creek Moccasin Volunteer Fire Depatment recently took delivery of a 2001 Dodge 1500 from Ken's Chrysler of Hansonville, Virginia.

This unit is to be used as a first responder on fires and auto accidents. This unit has Code 3 warning lights, extinguishers, oil spill absorbent, scene lights, generator and more, mostly provided by the Fire-X Corporation salesman Mike White of Abingdon, Virginia. Radio, lights, cell phone was installed by Mountain Communications, owner Ted Rasnake of Hansonville, Virginia. The Striping of the unit was by Sign Krafters of Bristol, Virginia owner Gary Mullins.
