The truck was manufactured by Spencer manufacturing in Michigan. It is on a custom HME chasis and has a 5 man cab. A 330 cummings diesel and a 5 speed Allison automatic transmission. A hale 1250 pump with a 1000 gallon tank. The roll up doors expose role out shelves and a reel line in the left rear. The mid mount pump with center controls provide good visibility for the operator. The operator has a separate radio for his use. There are two 12 volt flood lights and two 110 volt flood lights.
