Brush/Light Rescue Truck
The Jacinto City Fire Dept. has taken delivery of a new brush/light rescue truck. The truck which will have the radio designation of Booster 207 will be in service around November 1st according to Asst. Chief Roland E. Hobbs.
The unit is built on a Ford F 350 Chassis with a diesel Power Stroke engine. It has a Darley 385 gpm pump and a 350 gallon water tank. The pump has 1 two and a half discharge, a class b foam eduction system as well as a flammable liquid emulsifier eduction system for small hydrocarbon spills at motor vehicle incidents. It has a Hanay 1" booster reel with a capacity of 100 ft. of hose and a tray for an 1 3/4" preconnect on the rear.
This unit has a full complement of work lights for scene safety as well as all required warning lights for emergency response. A Warn 12000 lb. winch is mounted on the front bumper.
