Berks County, PA -- Two Penn. firefighters were involved in a rollover while responding to a call Wednesday morning in Berks County.

The one-vehicle accident occurred at 10:24 a.m. when the fully-loaded tanker came to a 90 degree curve on Rock Hollow Road in Robeson Township, according to police.

The Geigertown Fire Company firefighters were headed to a confirmed garage fire. The tanker was driven by Assistant Chief Kenneth G. Miller Jr., 36, with firefighter William M. Lengel, 34, as a passenger.

The two were treated at Reading Hospital for minor injuries and released about 6 p.m. The operator complained of severe headache and the passenger suffered head lacerations, police said.

The tanker sustained severe damage to the cab, tank, and parts of the body. The incident is under investigation.
