The Progress Fire Company in Harrisburg, PA, responded to "Kokomo's Sports Bar" when it was reported that smoke poured from the roof and that one person could still be inside.
Engine 35 worked the interior and Chief 35 arrived to take Kokomo's Command.
Next arriving unit was Tower 32 setting up to open the roof on side three.
Units on first alarm: Engine Companies 35 (Linglestown), 34 (Paxtonia), 33-1 (Colonial Park), 36-1 (West Hanover), Ladder 34 (Paxtonia), Tower 32 (Progress), Tanker 35 (Linglestown), 37 (Rescue), 38 (Dauphin), and Engine 32-1 for R.I.T.
Shortly after dispatch the three tankers were placed in service due to the area having hydrants.
After arrival Command put the crew from Engine 32-1 to work and requested the next due Rescue for R.I.T., Rescue 37.
Second alarm was activated and Engine Companies 37 (Rescue), 36-3 (West Hanover), 33-2 (Colonial Park), 38 (Dauphin), Tower 456 (Chambers Hill), Ladder 46 (Hummelstown), Rescue 40 (Paxtang), and Air 41 (Bressler) Control reported.
FM82 (Lower Paxton Fire Marshal) was also on scene.
There were no reported civilian or firefighter injuries.
